We offset our cost in the short term with long term residual benefits and added value in the business that we support; that’s why much of our work comes from recommendations and repeat assignments within the same client and group. Often, we can identify direct savings or cost recovery for our clients so that there is a direct commercial business case for appointing us and our engagement is deemed to be demonstrably worthwhile and value for money.
Independence
We are wholly independent of all contracting organisations and bodies which means we provide impartial advice, valuable guidance and support to help our clients plan and implement improvements within their business.
As trusted partners, we see it as part of our loyalty to our client to be frank about issues and influences, potential conflicts, root causes of problems; we also know our limits and part of our assignment process is to inform our clients where further specific expertise and validation may be required by, for instance, technical lab analysis, legal opinion or forensic examination.
