How We Do It


The final phase of Completion is where we wrap things and finalise handover of the deliverables to the client. This is a formal process which ensures that the outputs are documented and understood, and that formal ownership of the agreed solutions is embedded within the client’s organisation. It is also critical to ensure that activities and costs do not drag on unnecessarily.

At this point we conduct a full de-brief and post-project evaluation to fully document the benefits and outcomes and to ensure that any learning opportunities are captured for all participants.
